This position will conduct the striped bass spawning electrofishing survey in the Delaware River and carry out surveys of Atlantic sturgeon and American shad. Survey work will include the collection and analysis of biological data (bony parts for aging). This position will also prepare research grants, design surveys, write scientific reports, implement management recommendations, and represent the State on technical committees and working groups. This position directs the activities of other staff.

Prepares permits, technical reports and/or enforcement case documents.

Responds to technical/regulatory inquiries from other state, local and federal agencies as well as public and private organizations or individuals.
