PNAMP Staff Recruitment (Biologist)

The Pacific Northwest Aquatic Monitoring Partnership (PNAMP) Coordination Team has a vacancy and the U.S. Geological Survey is recruiting a biologist to fill the position.

PNAMP provides a forum to enhance the capacity of partners to collaborate to achieve more effective, efficient monitoring programs, including coordination of data collection efforts and
sharing of results. PNAMP focuses on:
• Communication & Coordination
• Sustaining Collaboration
• Improving Data Access

The Coordination Team is staff that supports PNAMP partners’ participation in workgroups, workshops, specific tasks and projects. See a list of current PNAMP projects here:


Some of the specific duties for this position include:
 Assist with managing and maintaining webpages and content at

 Assist with planning and implementing meetings & workshops

 Assist with developing communication products, fact sheets and project briefings in order to synthesize scientific scope, methods, and results of studies for technical and non-technical audiences
 Support coordination of PNAMP efforts to integrate resource monitoring programs with respect to establishing design, methods and protocols for monitoring programs and projects.
